CLARITY DECK

Week One

What fork in the road - whether small or large - has presented itself to you recently? Write down the first thing that comes to mind when you’re asked this question. Underneath your answer to this month's question, draw a line going to the left, and one to the right- a little fork! - coming out of what you just wrote. On the left side, write one direction in which you could head; on the right side, write the other way you could choose to go. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, draw a Question Card. On the left side, write how this question gets you thinking differently about the first road you could take; on the right, write down how your pulled question illuminates the second direction you could pursue.

Week Two

Read through everything you wrote last week, and write a summary for yourself on a fresh piece of paper of your biggest ideas and insights.

Week Three

On Monday, read this summary and look for the lessons it offers around which direction to pursue. Take five minutes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to pull a Question Card, and write down ideas and insights that occur to you regarding the relationship between these questions and what you wrote over the past few weeks.

Week Four

Choose 1-2 new things to change or try in the coming month that will get you closer to moving in the right direction. Write down these commitments as well as any tasks you need to accomplish to bring them to life.

MOTHERHOOD DECK

Week One

What is something you want to focus on doing with your child this week - whether it’s a particular activity, listening to them more, holding a boundary with them more, etc.? Write it at the top of a piece of paper, which you’ll return to throughout the week. Each morning this week, pull a Topic card. Reflect on how this area of your life and mothering relates to your focus for this month. Write down your insights and ideas on a fresh piece of paper.

Week Two

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of this week, pull a Question Card. Write down how you see each question relating to your writing from last week, and offering fresh insights into ways you can more deeply engage with your month's focus, and move through impediments that arise.

Week Three

Read through your notes from the past two weeks. Underline any patterns you see - whether it’s repeated words and phrases, feelings you see throughout, or general big themes.

Week Four

Think about how next month, you can use these big ideas and themes to help you follow through on this thing you want to focus on with your child. Commit to at least one practice, action, or activity to try next week that will help you to do this.

MONEY DECK

Week One

How are you currently feeling about your work? How do these feelings about your professional life relate to your beliefs and feelings around money right now? What would you like to shift in this relationship between financial beliefs and your work life? Write down your answers on a fresh sheet of paper this week.

Weeks Two - Three

Pull a Topic Card and a Question Card on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of these two weeks. How do these Topics and Questions help you to see with fresh eyes what you need to work on in order to make the shifts you desire in the relationship between work, money, and your belief system? Write down your insights and ideas each time you draw cards, underneath your writing from Week One.

Week Four

Choose 1-2 new things to change or try in the coming month that will help you make the shifts you've identified in your relationship between work/money/beliefs. Write down these commitments as well as any tasks you need to accomplish to bring them to life.

LOSS DECK

Week One

Think about the top 3-4 people who you are spending the most time with right now. Write down their names. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, pull a Question card and see how answering it helps you to think about how you're relating to them, how their behaviors make you feel, what you need from them, and how you want to relate to them in the coming week(s). Write down your thoughts.

Week Two

Read through your notes from last week. Underline any patterns you see - whether it’s repeated words and phrases, feelings you see throughout, or general big themes. By the end of the week, write a summary for yourself of these themes, to carry into next week.
